Conference Dates October 10-12

Speaker Information - SMIT 2025

Thank you for contributing to the SMIT 2025 meeting. Please review the following guidelines to help us keep the program running smoothly and on time.

Presentation Timing

  • Total time per speaker: 10 minutes

    • 8 minutes for your presentation

    • 2 minutes for Q&A

  • To keep sessions on schedule, all questions will be addressed at the end of the session, after all speakers have presented.

  • Please work with your session chair to ensure you stay within the allocated time so that we can allow for meaningful discussion — a key part of the meeting.

  • Deadline: October 1, 2025

  • Please send your slides in advance to the conference organizers via the Dropbox link below. Please be sure to place them in the appropriate folder.

  • File naming: Label your file with your name and a short title (e.g., Smith_RoboticsUpdate.pptx).

  • Join the Dropbox folder to upload the file  by clicking "Join folder" after accessing the link below

  • Follow the instructions and upload the file here

  • After the meeting, a PDF version of your slides will be posted on the conference website as part of the meeting record.
