*Videos:

To embed a video in PowerPoint, navigate to the slide, click the Insert tab, select Video, then choose This Device for a local file or Online Video for web content like YouTube. 

• For local files, browse and select the video; for online videos, paste the video's URL or embed code after clicking Online Video, then click Insert. 

• You can then resize and position the video on the slide and use the playback options to set it to play automatically or on a click.

*How to embed a video in PPT so it play automatically:

• In Normal view, click the video in your slide. Click on the Playback tab. 

• Next to Start, click the down arrow, and select Automatically.

• When you are delivering your presentation in Slide Show View or Presenter View, the video will play automatically when you arrive at the slide.​

*Embedding a video from your computer:

• Open your PowerPoint presentation and click on the desired slide. 

• Go to the Insert tab on the ribbon. 

• In the Media group, click the arrow under Video and select Video on My PC or Video on My Computer. 

• Locate, click, and select the video file you want to embed, then click Insert.
