In this workshop, we will present and give live demonstrations of our MONAI and Holoscan enabled AI clinical deployments across pathology (DeepLIIF [deepliif.org], ImPartial [github.com], Spatial Profiling Toolbox [oncopathtk.org]) and surgery (Opwise [opwise.org]) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. We will also give an overview of the MONAI Ecosystem [monai.io] and how it brings together the open source AI medical imaging community to develop, implement, and deploy standardized workflows across industry and academia. With 4M+ downloads, MONAI is the largest open source industry-academia consortium supporting end-to-end medical AI lifecycle.
